According to experts, cinnamon is great for your body. I am not sure a donut would do the trick for you, but if you can make a drink that kills your sweets craving AND burn some fat, more power to you!

You got me on this one. I really thought we were getting a 0 calorie, 0 guilt bun! Still, something worth trying if you are good at eating sweets while on your diet!

I have tried this. It is VERY good and would recommend it to anyone that has that sweet craving during that special time of the month. It is very satisfying. Has anyone else tried the recipe?

Just like everyone else here, I was thrown by the title and then even more excited when I read through the recipe. I am going to give this a try and I really hope that it tastes good AND burns fat!

I am going try this tonight when I get home from the gym. It sounds so good and if it will help burn fat, we are ALL good :)

I highly doubt this is going to make you burn the calories by itself. However it is made about as healthy as it can be so that is a good start.

I love this. As soon as I saw it posted, I had to try it out because I love cinnamon so much. Now that I tried it, I just wanted to let everyone know it is so good!

My wife is going to love this! I am going to make is and surprise her with it the next time she talks about burning calories and eating sweets at the same time.

If my boyfriend whipped one of these up for me, I would die! What a great surprise, I hope she love that you thought about her.

I have tried this and if you have NOT, you do not know what you are missing. The recipe is easy and there has yet to be one person in my walking class that did not like it. Great post!!

Wow. This looks and sounds great! I can see how it might help you burn fat, but if you are having more than one of these at a time, you are likely headed in the wrong direction on the scale.

Makes sense right? How many of these do you think you could have a month? This would kill my sweet cravings for sure!

I think my wife would freak out if she saw this headline :) I have heard of some strange smoothies, but I might give this one a try just because it seems more like a dessert and there is nothing wrong if it is going to burn fat for me :)

I thought the same exact thing! My wife is going to kill for this fat burning recipe as soon as she tastes it!

  • Wendy Girl April 7, 2015, 12:05 pm

Whoa, that title was misleading :) I am going to give this a try since there is at least ONE time per month that I am craving the sweets that this fat burning cinnamon bun drink could cure :)

  • Jenny Roland April 7, 2015, 11:44 am

This is such a tease you know that? LOL. Now that I see the recipe, I am going to HAVE to try it!

  • ChanceMe April 5, 2015, 11:25 am

I am willing to give this a try. It is all about curbing that craving, right? This would be a good start if it kills the fact that I want a CinnaBun all the time :)

  • Brooklyn Johnson Smith April 3, 2015, 4:45 pm

LOL. Classic. However, if it is sweet enough and cures your cravings for sweets, why not give it a try!?

I was a little excited when I read the title :) I guess you could make a milkshake that tastes like a cinnamon bun. I am guessing that the protein powder is what “burns” the fat?
