“revolutionize your life! lose 30 pounds in 30 seconds!” “cause endless streams of cash to flow into your bank account with no work!” “neverending supply of fine, uncut colombian cocaine!”
So I understand if you’re skeptical, alright? I get it. You’re just here for the cocaine. Don’t worry, I won’t tell the cops.
Instead, I’ll tell you about my one “simple thing” which, contrary to your expectations, is actually pretty damn simple.
Plus, it doesn’t even involve exercise. I’m not going to tell you to stretch, do an hour of yoga, or even lift your car above your head before you go to work. Because that would be insane. I’m not an insane person, am I?
How To Lose Weight In The Morning
Do you want to know how simple it really is? I can explain it in two words: Lemon water. Just lemon. And water. Together. At last. I drink it every morning when I get up because of the many health benefits, not the least of which is aiding digestion. Drinking a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning will aid your body in clearing out toxins and flushing out your digestive system.
