Many of us desire love and want to attract someone who we can share life’s experiences with. Not believing you are attractive can be a huge barrier on why you struggle to attract love into life. The good news, is that everyone can increase their attractiveness naturally.
1. Take care of your physical and mental health. You don’t have to look a certain way to attract love, nor do you need to change your personality. But taking small steps to improve your outlook on life can do wonders for your love life. People are generally attracted to positive, happy and healthy people.
You might have problems attracting love because you seem unhappy or have developed unhealthy behaviors that aren’t seen as typically attractive. Fortunately, you can take small steps to improve your mental and physical health. Consider incorporating different types of exercise to boost your mood and health such as walking, yoga or hiking.
Ditch foods that tend to make you feel worse. Keep track of any habits that prevent you from getting the right amount of sleep. Not getting a good amount of rest can make you look exhausted and might make you feel too tired to even go out and meet new people.
2. Wear the right clothes for you. Take a look at your wardrobe and donate some of those out of date clothes that don’t look flattering on you. Make space for clothes that make you feel good, comfortable and look amazing on you.
Be aware of your body type and what looks great on you. Remember, that clothing that looked good on you in the past, may not fit your body type or personality anymore. Forget about the latest fashions or what looks great on your favorite celebrity. Put the focus on what looks good for your body type and work with that.
Don’t rush this process. Experiment with different clothing, get feedback from your friends and make time to assess whether you can alter your existing clothes or need to upgrade your wardrobe completely.
3. Smile. As cliche as it sounds, it’s the truth. Smiling makes you look instantly more attractive. People are quick to make first impressions if you look tired, unhappy or angry.
You don’t have to smile all the time or try to be someone you aren’t but work on being calm and relaxed. The way you feel about yourself will likely improve when you put on a big smile and focus on feeling more relaxed.
Ask for feedback from your friends too. Your friends might be able to offer you valuable advice about how you come across most of the time, and give you tips on how to make your facial expressions look more calm and relaxed.
You don’t have to change who you are to make yourself more naturally attractive. Focus on the small things such as taking care of your physical and emotional health, updating your wardrobe and adopting a calm, relaxed and friendly smile. Love is right around the corner!
