If you do push-ups for 30 minutes, that will burn anywhere from 240-355 calories depending on your weight. The heavier you are, the more calories you will burn.

If you do 100 sit ups in 10 minutes, you will burn around 57 calories. Body weight exercises don’t burn as many calories as cardio exercises do, but they do strengthen and build your muscles.
